Booking Agreement

1 All Artists/Clients are advised to honour all booking dates as failure to show up will result to losing any money paid. Any rescheduled session, as a result, is regarded as a fresh booking and will attract the usual charges.
2 Failure on the part of the Studio to honour any booking session attracts a rescheduling to any available session. The Studio is not liable to any other compensation.
3 Any rescheduling of sessions must be done before seven (7) days to the originally scheduled session. Failure on the part of the Artist/Client to comply may result to loss of any money paid especially if there is no other Artist/Client to take over the session.
4 Any job left dormant for more than thirty (30) days shall be deleted from the Hard Disk without prior notification of the owner. Artists are therefore advised to arrange for a backup of all their jobs if they anticipate any delay in completion.
5 In case of any loss of files from the Hard Disk, the Studio’s liability is limited to rescheduling the same number of sessions used to build up the file. No other compensation shall be made concerning the matter.
6 Sessions are non-transferable. Any Artist/Client who intends to transfer ownership of his/her session must seek the approval of Management or lose his/her session without refund of money.
7 All payments made are non-refundable. Artists/Clients are advised to think twice before making payments in order to avoid any embarrassment.
8 For all other areas concerning your jobs that are not addressed in this agreement, the Artist/Client may ask Management for clarification.
9 Management reserves the right to over-rule any matter and it is binding to all concerned.
10 Any booking implies that the Artist/Client agrees to all the conditions and will not drag any third party into any matter that has been decided by Management.
11 All charges are subject to change without prior notice.
